Overview
Students Interested in
Pathology (SIP) is an organization for students
considering careers in pathology. SIP is supported by the
Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine at the Brody
School of Medicine, East Carolina University.
SIP
Activities
SIP members are invited to
various educational seminars and events. The group meets
quarterly. Discussion topics include careers in pathology,
characteristics of successful match applicants, the match process
itself, and interesting pathology cases. Pathology residents
talk about what pathology residency is like. SIP also holds a
health screening.
