Facilities

The Pathology Library is located within the department and is equipped with a organized and up-to-date collection of Pathology texts as well as journals, ASCP Check Samples®, and numerous study sets with glass slides and/or kodachromes. Computer workstations are available for departmental e-mail, preparation of publications, and medical internet searches. Traditional and computer photomicroscopes, a flatbed scanner, and network connections are used routinely in the preparation and presentation of interdepartmental conferences. A multi-headed microscope with video capability is used for case reviews and conferences.
